***NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS ***
Following careful consideration, we have made the decision to introduce a NO RECORDING POLICY during all group riding lessons, effective immediately.
More importantly, group lessons often include children and vulnerable individuals who have a right to privacy. Some of our riders may be in foster care, have safeguarding requirements, or simply not wish to appear in photos or videos shared online. Even if they are only in the background, they are still being recorded without their consent.
Our priority has always been to provide a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy their riding without worrying about being filmed.
We appreciate that many riders enjoy capturing their progress, and we will continue to offer opportunities for photos and videos during private lessons or at designated times where appropriate.
We kindly ask everyone to respect this new policy. Anyone found recording during a group lesson will be reminded of the rules, and where the policy continues to be ignored, we may have no option but to suspend or withdraw their ability to attend lessons. We sincerely hope this won't be necessary and appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us protect the privacy and wellbeing of all our riders.
Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for helping us keep our riding school a safe, respectful and happy place for everyone
Many thanks
