Last wore this outfit at 40 weeks pregnant then my angel was born 5 days later 🫶🏾🙏🏾

OK confession time 😉 for some reason I just couldn't remember how to use the booking system I know it's bad 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 but this lockdown has felt wayyyy too long 🤭🤭🤭 but you'll all be happy to know everything is now up to date. The studio will reopen from Monday 12th April 2021! Yay 😜
Next week sessions are reduced for this week only! (another confession it's my bday and I really want to celebrate something anything lol last year I remember being sat on my sofa 😭not again I refuse)
I also will be wearing my face mask as this has been mandatory in most gyms and studios it is optional for students but I do ask that we all abid the rules clean hands and don't share poles etc
Led classes are not permitted yet so like previous all sessions will be open training, no teaching or spotting (boooo but we all 💯 understand)

It can be an anxious time coming back especially if you're not feeling in the same shape or fitness but don't let that put you off. We're are all in the same boat and I am here if you need to talk 😁🤗
