Miss Gold Workshops Miss Gold Dance Workshops are 90 minutes of confidence building, body celebrating, dancing fun! An o I'm new, what can I expect? Your energy and a drink.

So, after nearly 10 years of teaching Zumba to you gorgeous lot, it has been an absolute pleasure to have moved into running Miss Gold Workshops for the last few years. Miss Gold Workshops are 90 minute confidence building, body-celebrating dance workshops with different themes that give participants an opportunity to break down, learn and perfect a number of well-known routines, in a friendly and

welcoming environment. Workshops include The Greatest Showman, Fame, Lady Marmalade, Grease, Chicago, Dirty Dancing, Mamma Mia, Single Ladies, Spice Girls, Britney to name but a few. Some FAQ's:

� What should I bring? Although not a fitness session as such, you will find yourself feeling well worked after 90 minutes! A sneaky workout amongst the fun. Win win :)


� I'm not a dancer, are these workshops for me? I take your 1 question and raise you 4!

1. Does dancing make you feel good?

2. When 'that' song comes on in the car do you hope other drivers can't see your sit-down-bum-shake-dancing because you can't help yourself?

3. Do you find yourself watching music videos and think 'I wanna do that!'

4. Do you want a welcoming atmosphere where you can lose yourself for 90 minutes in something fun and up beat that sees you nailing a whole routine from start to finish? If you've answered yes to any of the above, see you soon :)

A Miss Gold® dance workshop party is 2 hours and involves the following:

�Energetic warm ups to upbeat party tunes as they settle in (let me know if the birthday person has any faves)

�Themed routine - break down & learn at a pace suitable for all

�Dance party games

�Stickers for everyone during the games

�Miss Gold® certificate of completion for each guest

�Parent performance at pick up

I’ll miss my Tuesday night gig a lot when I wrap up for mat leave, every Tuesday I get to teach a 6-12 year old and 13+ dance class, every member has some level of additional need and every single one them brings their all each week, we’ve been dancing together since October, they’ve nailed 8 routines in total, and they are going to absolutely smash their showcase next month, we are nearly 50 strong now, very proud of every single one of them!💛

🎈Miss Gold Dance Birthday Parties🎈

As a new year begins, party bookings are coming in and I’m loving every second of planning weekends to help little people celebrate their birthday parties with dancing, games and performances🤩

If you are looking for a unique and affordable way to celebrate this year, I am very pleased to share that any 2023 parties booked before the end of January will be able to lock in their preferred date at the secured 2022 rate of £150. Please see attached for full details of party package.

Book by 31 January 2023 to secure your date and then sit back and relax knowing all is in hand for this year😍

2 weeks before your little one’s birthday I will be in touch to confirm timings, gather a list of favourite songs (because every birthday person needs a bespoke party playlist🥰) and the final guest list for certificates and then the fun begins!

A couple of days late amongst the festive mayhem but wanted to shout out my Thursday night crew for an absolute corker of a session, they danced their socks off picking up a whole routine in a very short space of time, and performing the Santa Baby / All I Want for Christmas medley 🥰

Made all the more special by a dancer joining us all the way from Australia on Skype! 6.30am her time, was honoured Steph!!! We miss you a lot!

Santa Baby was a new one to choreograph to and I’m really happy with how it has turned out🤩add it to a bit of Marian’s ‘All I Want For Christmas’ and we’ve got ourselves a Christmas medley to throw some shapes to!

For those of you who need a few more deets on what to expect read on… If the Christmas spirit has got hold of you, here is your chance to celebrate the ultimate queens of Christmas pop in a fun and welcoming environment. The routines will be broken down into steps and taught from beginning to end. At the end of the 90 minutes you will be confidently channelling your inner Christmas queen!

The workshop will conclude with an in class performance (which can be recorded if you so wish..)

COSTUME OPTIONAL: Want to get into the Christmas spirit with costume? Do it!
The best thing about a Christmas dance class, is it’s so easy to costume. If it takes your fancy, swish on some red lippy, pick up a bargain Christmas t-shirt or go full out in santa dress. Most comfortable in your fave leggings and t-shirt, wear that! These are your workshops, and an opportunity for having fun, you do you 🙂
