Wow what a team! A great effort from everyone this morning doing Metafit. A tough workout today. You all worked so hard and so well together 💪💪💪 The next one is Tuesday morning at 9.15am at the park on Lantern Fields. Feel free to come along, it’s only £4 per session.

Healthy breakfast of sweet potato wrap, avocado, scrambled egg and salad. Fold a sweet potato wrap down into a quarter and toast. Top with 1/2 smashed avocado. Serve with 2 organic eggs scrambled, dry fried tomato and greens. Sprinkle cayenne pepper for a little kick! Scrumptious x
