Our junior sign in is 8:30am, and our adults sign in is 12:30pm - please make sure you’re on time so the day can run as smoothly as possible.

We split our juniors and teens class into 2 separate classes so we can push our older students a bit harder to achieve more in their sessions. It also acts as the perfect outlet after a stressful day practicing for exams 🥊

One of the great things about our junior classes is teamwork ⭐️

Many of our juniors come for a trial on their own and can feel nervous, but we’ve fostered a welcoming and friendly atmosphere so by the end of their trials our new students feel like part of the family!

Many of our juniors make new friends at our clubs, and all of them try their best to make new students feel welcome 💪

This style of warm up allows everyone to go at their own pace and ability, pushing themselves to get warmed up!

Once we’re all warm and stretched, we can begin our lesson and work without the worry of injury or soreness 💪
