GLUTES & GAINZ 🥰
If I showed you a picture of me a week ago you wouldn’t believe the difference. Naturally, my body stores very little fat on my upper body. I can also gain and loose very fast depending on what I want (using the knowledge I have). However, for any muscle to grow it MUST be challenged (strength&resistance training) and fed. Food is fuel.
Results don’t show up in a week! I have put in the work consistently. I am able to control my gains through my food and my training. Still I like my physique lean. As an athlete, I chase strength and endurance, mobility, flexibility … but at the end of the day I’m still human and as a woman, I embrace every part of my body knowing that I control it and not the other way round. If I want more muscle, all I have to do is work for it and I’ll get it. If I want less body fat, all I have to do is work for it and get it and that is the beauty about training. We get to use our minds to get into the best shape mentally and physically. Once you have it in your head that it can be done and you execute then it shall be done. Here are a few things to help your ex*****on
1. PRACTICE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
2. LESS IS MORE ( you don’t have to do ten exercises for your training to be effective. 5 we’ll done exercises are more than enough
3. EAT! (To gain muscle you must be on a calorie surplus)
4. INVEST IN GOOD PROGRAMS & DONT BE SHY TO ASK FOR HELP. (We’re all here to learn just as much as we teach)
5. START BY SHOWING UP ( your body isn’t going to take care of itself. We all have work to do 🤎)
