Some children have BIG energy.

They run.
They jump.
They fidget.
They struggle to sit still.

That is not a bad thing.

It just needs direction.

Mini Kickers helps children turn big energy into:

✔️ Focus
✔️ Listening
✔️ Patience
✔️ Confidence
✔️ Respect

They move.
They listen.
They try.
They improve.

🥋 Big energy. Better direction.

Stress does not disappear because you ignore it.

It sits there.

In your body.
In your mood.
In your patience.
In your energy.

That is why training helps.

You move.
You hit pads.
You breathe.
You reset.

For that hour, your mind has one job:

Train.

🥊 Come in stressed. Leave stronger.

Ninja Kidz sparring in action 🥋🔥

When students start sparring, they are not just learning how to kick.

They are learning:

✔️ Balance
✔️ Control
✔️ Focus
✔️ Confidence
✔️ Listening
✔️ Determination

The first try might not be perfect.

But the next one gets better.

And every time they try again, they build more belief in themselves.

🥋 Confidence is built one kick and punch at a time.

For 3–5 year olds, listening is a skill.

And like any skill, it needs practice.

That is why Mini Kickers helps children learn how to:

✔️ Listen
✔️ Wait
✔️ Focus
✔️ Follow instructions
✔️ Try again

🥋 Small skills now. Big changes later.

In Mini Kickers, we celebrate the little wins.

The first time they stand still.
The first time they wait their turn.
The first time they listen first time.
The first time they try again instead of giving up.

We are not looking for perfection.

We are looking for progress.

And when a child feels supported, they start to believe:

“I can do this.”

🥋 Confidence starts with small wins.

Question:
What small win would make you proud this week?

📱 Children, phones and posture… this is something we genuinely worry about.

In class the other day, we spoke about how much time children now spend looking down at phones, tablets and screens.

Head down.
Shoulders rounded forward.
Bodies slumped.

Over time, those habits can affect how children sit, stand, move and carry themselves.

So we turned a simple posture-strength exercise into a fun game. ❤️🖤

The students lay on their stomachs, lifted their head, chest and arms, and worked on building strength through their back, shoulders and core.

To them, it felt like a fun challenge.

To us, it was much more than that.

We were helping them build:

✅ Stronger backs
✅ Stronger shoulders
✅ Better body awareness
✅ Core strength
✅ Confidence in how they move

At Daniyaal's Martial Arts Academy, we’re not just teaching children how to kick, punch and block.

We’re helping them build strong bodies, focused minds and healthy habits that support them outside the academy too.

Because martial arts is not just about what children can do on the mats.

It’s about helping them become healthier, stronger and more confident in everyday life.

Respect. Resilience. Discipline.

For a 3, 4 or 5-year-old…

Waiting their turn is a BIG skill.

It teaches patience.
It teaches listening.
It teaches self-control.
It teaches respect for others.

So when you see a Mini Kicker waiting calmly while someone else has a turn…

That is not doing nothing.

That is training.

🥋 Small lessons now. Big results later.

Quick poll:
Is waiting their turn hard for your child?

Comment YES or NO.

Everyone walks into the dojo carrying something different.

A child who needs confidence.
A child who needs focus.
A child who has been picked on.
A teenager who needs discipline.
An adult who needs a way to release stress.
A young leader learning how to guide others.

That is why Daniyaal’s Martial Arts Academy is more than martial arts.

We do not just teach techniques.

We teach the person in front of us.

🥋 Respect. Resilience. Discipline.

❤️🖤 24 out of 30 of our young leaders attended this month’s Leadership Academy training.

And this is exactly why we believe martial arts should be about so much more than kicking, punching and blocking.

At Daniyaal’s Martial Arts Academy, our Leadership Academy combines martial arts with real-life leadership education to help children grow into confident, respectful and responsible young people.

During the first part of every monthly Leadership Academy meeting, our students work through their own leadership workbook alongside an interactive presentation.

We explore topics such as:

✅ Leading by example
✅ Supporting younger students
✅ Welcoming new members
✅ Communication skills
✅ Responsibility and accountability
✅ Understanding attitude, behaviour and influence
✅ Becoming someone others can look up to

This is where my 12 years in primary education comes into the programme.

We don't simply teach martial arts techniques.

We teach life skills.

The second half of the session then takes these lessons onto the mats, where students develop advanced martial arts skills, communication, teamwork and leadership through practical training.

Watching 24 young people voluntarily give up part of their weekend to learn, engage and invest in becoming better leaders is something I am incredibly proud of.

These children aren't just learning martial arts.

They are developing the confidence, discipline and leadership skills that will benefit them for years to come.

At Daniyaal’s Martial Arts Academy, our classes are not built around just one instructor at the front of the room.

They are supported by a full leadership structure.

From Class Leaders, to Junior Instructors, to Instructors, our students are learning how to lead, support, guide and inspire others.

This month, 24 out of 30 of our Leadership Academy students attended their monthly training session.

The first part of the session focuses on leadership education. Each student works through their own booklet alongside a matching PowerPoint, learning important life skills such as:

✅ responsibility
✅ communication
✅ confidence
✅ respect
✅ discipline
✅ resilience
✅ how to support new students
✅ how to become a positive role model

This means when your child attends class, they are not just walking into a room with one instructor.

They are entering an academy where students are supported by a team of trained young leaders who are learning how to help others, set the standard and make every student feel valued.

For our current parents, this is part of the extra value your child receives.

For future parents, this is what makes our academy different.

We are not just teaching martial arts.

We are building a leadership culture where children learn to become confident, respectful and responsible young people — both on and off the mats.
