Over to my local snooker pool club in Stapleford to re-cloth two supreme winner pool tables , one in CPBA ultimate pool 820 cloth in teal green blue shade , the other in the latest colour release in Hainsworth match also in teal green blue but a more Pastel teal shade . All ready for the Pool Tournament at Stapleford Cue Club tomorrow Saturday 25th July .

Returning client today , Re-cloth in Strachan Superfine. A very good condition world championship Match standard steel cushion star table . A few problems to sort out , but do not listen to any world snooker rep telling people my templates are not conforming to a star table , this table was used on a tournament and used to belong to a world champion player , my templates fit perfect .

Very rare to find these days but Sam leisure and table time sports still sell a few sets at £295 / £299 .99p a set , Belgium made Crystalate ball at black box edition .

I have a Brand new set old stock at £200 , I also have a very slightly used set at £100 just as good as new ...see photos , I would put these on par with Aramith 1g balls and above the tournament ones .

The Classic old fashioned snooker ball set. Remember the good old days with Thorburn, Reardon, Charlton and Higgins? From this era the balls of choice were the world famous Super Crystalate Snooker balls. These ball sets were used in their day in all the worlds major snooker finals. They are a very hard resin ball and slightly heavier than more modern balls. Same size at 52mm (2 1/16 th inch), deeper lustrous colours than the Aramith sets and still often preferred by the stalwart snooker traditionalists. These are available in very limited supply so get them while you can and save them as an appreciating asset.
