33 weeks of working with Rebecca! ๐คฏ I am beyond proud of her!!
Hereโs how we started ๐๐ป
Training 3 days a week (2days on her own and 1 with myself) following a program, goals and habit building while building confidence to use the equipment in the gym. She wanted to create a more sustainable way of weight loss and keep it off for good!
Now sheโs training 4 days a week comfortably on her own while following a program and targets.
๐๐ป lost 6kg
๐๐ป 16cm off her waist
๐๐ป Dropped a dress size
๐๐ป 7% body fat dropped
๐๐ป strength and fitness improved
๐๐ป Eats out and still drinks alcohol
๐๐ป built the confidence in herself in and out of the gym!
Thereโs so much more to say!!!
Itโs still only the beginning ๐ฅณ weโve worked around holidays, Christmas, Easter, life events and so much more and sheโs smashed it!!
