P O L I T E N O T I C E ❗️

It has been brought to our attention that over the weekend, some anglers have abused the rules on Fishers Pit.

Specifically unpermitted visitors arriving after hours and loud and disorderly behaviour.

These anglers have now been flagged on the Go Catch system and will not be welcome here at Barnstone Lakes in the future.

We operate a zero tolerance policy in order to keep disruptive anglers away from Barnstone Lakes.

It is our intention that everybody visiting Barnstone, should enjoy their session, without fear of having it ruined by the minority that cannot behave in the appropriate manner.

Sadly It Has been brought to our attention that a number of lakes around the midlands have been targeted for fish thefts !!!

Therefore will will be asking anglers who arrive in vans / campers to kindly show the inside of the vehicle.

Please don’t be offended as an angler myself I have nothing to hide on any lake I fish and would gladly assist.

Any vehicle with tanks or similar will be ask to leave the fishery

Lovely times as our biggest male carp Monroe graces the banks again at a over winter weight of 47 lb

Our Syndicte member Ian was absolutely buzzing as he knew it was the king of the lake as soon as he connected with it .

Looking in great condition and clearly heaving feeding on the boilie as the mat was covered !!
