Well I think we are glad that our event was last week 🥵🥵🥵😎😎😎 not having to run around prepping today!

Hope everyone is recovering well, rested refuelled and hydrating!!

Results and photos all been shared now and maybe your on to the next running target!

Thanks again to all our volunteers who make the event what it is

I hope you’re feeling proud of what you achieved Saturday — finishers or not. It was a bloomin’ hot day and you ran for miles!

💪 Remember: DOMS can give you a false sense that you’re feeling good, while your body is still recovering and repairing.

⭐ Eat plenty of protein
🤩 Keep moving
👍 Stretch gently — don’t overdo it
⭐ Make sure you’re staying hydrated

Most importantly, wear your medal and tell everyone about your NoMad experience!

You’re all amazing 🤩

Please note that the results on the tracker website are currently provisional and still need updating for start times, splits and finish times full results to come out later with stats 😄
