🚨🌍 Thomas Partey will miss Ghana’s World Cup opener against Panama after his visa application for Canada was rejected.

The midfielder, who is currently awaiting trial in London after pleading not guilty to multiple charges, has been unable to secure permission to enter Canada for the match in Toronto.

FIFA confirmed the decision was made by the Canadian government, adding that host nations have the final say on visa approvals.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Kenny Jackett, who has died at the age of 64.

A respected manager and coach, Jackett dedicated decades of his life to the game, leading clubs including Millwall, Wolves, Portsmouth, Swansea and Leyton Orient with distinction.

Our thoughts are with Kenny’s family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

🚨 BREAKING: England fan enters transfer portal and completes shock international switch to Iraq ahead of the World Cup.

After seeing Thomas Tuchel’s squad announcement, sources close to the supporter say he “couldn’t do it anymore” and immediately ordered an Iraq shirt.

The fan was reportedly last seen learning the national anthem and telling friends he’s been a lifelong supporter since approximately 3:17pm yesterday.

FA officials are said to be monitoring the situation, while Iraq fans have welcomed their newest recruit with open arms.
