Because you absolutely CAN.
No matter how close, or how far away you may be from your goal. You CAN get there.
I remember having that picture taken on the left and feeling so unhappy.
But alongside that, lost, confused and overwhelmed by how I would even get to where I wanted to be.
So if this is you, that’s ok. We are all beginners. We all start somewhere. Instead of going from 0-100. Start with 0-10. Then 10-20.
Build those healthy habits. Get in those workouts. Do the meal prep. Build a good bedtime routine. Get in those steps. Work hard. Rest well.
Make those small changes that add up to building yourself a healthy lasting lifestyle.
There is 3 years between these photos.
That’s 1,095 days.
1,095 days of committing to myself. My goals. My lifestyle. And the PROCESS.
This was not a weight watchers diet. This was not a slimming world diet. This was an insta bought b***y guide. And this wasn’t a 4 week shred program.
This was hard work. Dedication and patience.
So if you’re feeling a little lost, a little low on motivation, and overwhelmed with how you’re going to get to where you want to be. Take a breath.
You CAN get to where you want to be.
Respect yourself enough to put in the work. Enjoy the process. Build the habits. And watch the magic happen 🤍
