The best time to start strength training is when you are young. The second best time, is NOW.
We have had a few of the over 50’s ditch their walking sticks recently, after having built the strength to not need them! How incredible would it be to reverse the aging process just by pumping iron in a safe environment around decent people on a Saturday morning!?
