Summer Solstice is a time of amazing natural energy- it’s the height of the year before the days begin to draw in again. It’s a time to celebrate and reflect on all you have achieved over the active time of the year.

The Sweat Lodge symbolises the womb of Mother Earth. She will hold and safely contain you in your reflection and birth you into the next phase. It’s powerful medicine.

Reset your nervous system and return to the Wide Worlds rejuvenated with a renewed sense of purpose. Activities include a Friday evening Sweat Lodge and a lodge for Solstice Eve. Outdoor Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Fireside Song Circles and lots more are also offered.

YOGA NIDRA
The Radical Act of Rest

🌸Feeling tired, anxious or stressed?
🌸Struggling to find a moment to yourself?

Come and nourish yourself with our next block of sessions. With time in silence first to listen in to your inner voice I will invite you to share words, wishes and prayers that you need to hear. I will then weave them into a co-created practice to nurture you as an individual and also the group as a whole. It’s part sound bath, part horizontal guided meditation. You will receive an audio recording of the practice to keep.

Sessions are fortnightly on a Thursday evening 6-7pm starting Thursday April 16th. This block is 5 sessions, £100 for the block.
