Hi people! I've been incredibly quiet on here for months now & there's absolutely been a reason for it.
The issue is, that I really dislike social media! I have to really make an effort to be on my phone as little as possible, because it's a real weakness for me - I can easily get into the addiction of doom scrolling & it's just not what I want for myself, or to feed that habit down to my kids.
I've realised that feeding into this app ultimately encourages you to be on your phone more too, which really isn't what I want to be a part of!
What I wanted for this page is to share what l've learnt in living a healthier & happier lifestyle, which ultimately includes being off phones more & digging into the beauty of life.
I've been thinking of solutions for this & I have something fun in the works ❤️
