Prioritize duty over comfort.
As men, it is our duty to be physically fit and healthy, ensuring we can protect our family, friends, and loved ones.
As mothers and fathers, you hold the duty of setting a remarkable example for your children.
By prioritising your own health and well-being, you can provide them with the care they deserve and inspire them to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Even as grandparents, your duty persists.
By maintaining your physical fitness well into your later years, you can savour the highest quality of life.
You should be able to chase your grandkids around the house without limitations.
As an athlete, you have the duty to continually work on your physical fitness and ensure you can carry your team to success without relying on technical skills alone.
You should refuse to be the weak link in the chain and set yourself up for all the glory available to you.
Lead a life that fills you with pride and allows you to live to the fullest.
For when all is said and done, the regret of wasted time on the sofa will haunt you.

It's always a pleasure working with the Nottingham community and Victoria was no exception.
As a key worker during the incredibly difficult times during Covid it was important that Victoria obtained and improved her functional strength & fitness to help those in need.
With that in mind that is exactly what we did and we got to work building her strength in a safe and effective manner whilst taking into account and working around previous injuries.
By providing the accountability and structure to her routine we were able to grow her confidence and build strength for the Long-Term. 💪

2022 has been one hell of a year for me.
It's had many ups & downs, I've met many awesome people along the way and cut out many toxic people too, I've worked on myself for myself and worked on myself for those important to me.
In 2023 I'm setting my sights on my growth and accomplishments and pushing myself and my Clients to even greater heights with a Lazer-like focus.
Improvements to my Business via new skills.
Even better support for my Clients throughout the year.
An absolutely phenomenal physique by the end of 2023.
A big FAT 2-0 on my Fight Record as a minimum.
These are just a few of the targets I will accomplish by the end of 2023.. I have ALOT more in the works on this self-improvement journey but I won't spoil the whole thing. 😉
The people that don't know me well will think I'm talking s**t at this point.
But those that TRULY know me, know that once I set my sights on something I am relentless in the pursuit of achieving it.
No backing down, no faltering.
I am steadfast & resolute.
I urge you to attack your goals with the same intensity, don't quit 3 weeks in due to a moment of weakness, don't falter on the objectives you set yourself.. Just make sure the Goals you set are realistic for you to achieve and put one foot infront of the other.
With all that said, if you even made it this far..
