After Chris' first Half Marathon ~10 years ago, he swore he would never run a Marathon...Fast forward to 2015, Chris bypassed the Marathon and ran his first Ultra!
Since then, Chris has totally fallen in love with the Marathon, averaging two races a year. Yes, he loves the actual race, but I think it is the training he actually loves the most!! He is totally obsessed with reading about and creating the most effective training plan!
With his wealth of knowledge, Chris has spent the last couple of months creating a new Retreat for Trails and Vines – The Marathon Training Retreat 27-31st March in Norfolk!!
4 weeks before the London Marathon, 3 weeks before Manchester Marathon, this retreat is designed around your "peak week" to ensure you are fully prepped for your Marathon; whether it is your first time or your hundredth time running one! We know how tough this week can be, so join us and other like-minded people to train at your best without the stresses of daily life, and most importantly, have fun doing it!!
For 4 nights all-inclusive, this running holiday is £600 per person. Included in this holiday are:
