Hey followers friends and participants if you are part of this page then you are interested in or take part in my classes !
I’m a fully qualified fitness instructor of 13 years as well as a certified Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, Zumba kids, Zumba Toning and Clubbercise instructor! I teach locally in my community as well as gyms in the Catton ,Costessey, Bowthorpe Dereham areas! Bookings can be made online message for a link or if you have any questions about hiring me to teach a class or questions about coming along to any of the classes i provide My classes are for everyone all levels of fitness

Most of you know i’ve been unwell i’m on the mend and hoping to be back and dancing with you all week commencing 3rd March!

All classes starting back Monday 13th January are live and ready to book Mondays Zumba 6pm Catton Grove Community Centre 7.30pm St Helen's Church, Gurney Rd, New Costessey, Norfolk, NR5 5DP, United Kingdom Tuesdays clubbercise 7.30 Clover Hill Village Hall wednesdays 7.30Yaxham Village Hall please bare with me whilst i’m on holidays recovering and relaxing before the january madness begins and back to 10 classes per week!! Missing you all but i am enjoying a rest ;-)
