We should have quite a squad by next week!!

Next meet up is Sunday 27th April 11am

The park is at Costessey library, anyone any level is welcome

Come and learn some new tricks or work on your gains 💪🏽

Probably the worst group photo I’ve ever taken but everyone hid 😆

First meet up today was epic! So fun to see he old gang and meet some new faces

Same again next Sunday 13th at 1pm, the park is at the costessy library, just park in the carpark and walk down the field

Anyone welcome, these are meet ups not coached sessions but we will usually have a qualified coach there helping with bits so no one gets injured 💫

Soooo anyone up for calisthenics by the beach this summer?

I’m going to be hosting a couple of day retreats at a secret garden in Scatby

Don’t have dates etc yet but just wanted to get you excited and plant the seed so you can look out for more info 😃

Really missed doing calisthenics the last couple of years and while I have no plans to go back to coaching full time, I’m really looking forward to hosting some fun retreat days! 🤸🏾

Just wanted to stick a little post up on my current venture and the reason that my calisthenics coaching has taken a back seat..

I have a free group on here called MORE with Natty that anyone is welcome to join and it’s filled with loads of free stuff to help you on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual)

U ok hun?

You’re running out of things to do with the kids..

Are you staying active?

I know it’s a bit of challenge when all the gyms are closed and we’re limited on how much time we can spend outside etc.

Just do whatever you can!

Whether that’s going for a walk or just getting up and dancing to some music for a bit
