INSANE body conditioning
Strength Workshop. Starting on the 11th June . This classes will be an evening class at 20.00 till 21.00
Our Strength and Conditioning classes are open to people of all fitness levels. Whether you are training for health reasons or are preparing to compete, our Strength and Conditioning program has the potential to take you to the next level.
Our classes, depending on the day will either utilize pylometrics, agility training,weight training(barbell and dumbbell) Helping you use the correct technique and to increase your fitness level. As your fitness level increases, our class format will adapt to your improved abilities. Unlike training on your own, your instructor and classmates will provide continuous support to keep you motivated, ensuring you will not quit.
STRENGTH WORKSHOP PROGRAMS
STRENGTH BUILDING held 2-3 times a week - the strength building aspect of our program is designed to help you stay fit, injury free and to increase their physical capabilities. Our program uses no machine based exercises rather it focuses on the development of strength through the use of compound lifts and bodyweight exercises. You can expect an increase in strength, confidence, and further appreciation of their physical potential by attending this class.
CONDITIONINGPrimarily held in Insane body conditioning classes see Facebook for days and times. – the conditioning portion of our S&C focuses primarily on the developing our students and athletes cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance , little to no focus on heavy lifting during this class and depending on what our instructor has prepared, the classes will vary from plyometrics based exercises, bodyweight drills, gymnastics , adapted strong man exercises or circuit type training. This class places a strong emphasis on HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training.
Combining both of the INSANE body conditioning programming will be an ideal over all programme .
One of the most common excuse for not exercising is that people always say, “ I need to get in shape first before I go to the gym or take a class.” The truth is, the only way to get in shape is to go to the gym and do it. Our Coaches will closely monitor your progress and tailor your workout as needed. The results will not be instantaneous, but they will appear. Through your hard work and our instruction and guidance we promise that you will see amazing results.
