I’ve been teaching online classes for almost 6 years and love them as much as my in person classes.
I love seeing the yoga spaces that have been created in people’s home. The tiny spaces next to a bed and the big spaces In front of glass atriums.
I love it when people join me from their holidays and I can see sand, mountains or palm trees.
I love it people where their PJ’s to practice or fall asleep in Savasana and I can leave them there.
I love that there are oodles of props on hand from pillows, cushions and blankets to gather close.
I love the furry friends who curl up or take over the yoga mat during practice.
I love seeing being invited into people’s homes and sharing this beautiful practice.
I love that although we are all in separate spaces that it feels like a community.
There are many reasons why some people prefer an online class offering.
Sometimes it’s an extra class on top of a regular group class.
For some it’s due to lack of transport and timings and for Some it helps the anxieties and lack of confidence that may prevent attending a group class.
For others it’s preference of a personal practice but with the guidance and structure of a live class.
Occasionally people may find they are the only one that’s logged on and enjoy a 1-2-1, I love those classes too.
If you would like to join my online yoga classes please email me [email protected] and enjoy your first class for free.
