12 x 1 month challenge.

Starting March 1st 2020, each month I will challenge myself physically, mentally or emotionally to become better than before.
If you would like to follow my progress or join in with me on some or all of the challenges, I would love to have you on board.
You may choose to do exactly as I am doing, to do something similar or to do something completely different. Whichever you choose is fine with me, it’s more about challenging ourselves to be better than anything else.
