What is Mum-Fit?
✨️Weekly Group PT Sessions designed by an experienced Personal Trainer and new Mum .
✨️Bring your baby along! As long as your baby is happy in a pram or travel system, you can bring them along. Our gym is open plan so you will always be with your baby and responsible for them at all times.
✨️Suitable and tailored for each phase of post partum recovery. 3 different workout options will be available to suit your current ability: Recover, Rebuild & Advanced.
✨️Flexible - The workout can be completed in your own time,over an hour and a half, giving lot's of time to feed, change or cuddle!
✨️Meet new Mums in Norwich! Stick around for a coffee afterwards and make new friends in the process.
✨️Guidence - Kat will be on hand at all times to guide and demonstrate when needed.
If you have been given the all clear to exercise, Mum-Fit classes are designed to ease you back into exercise, whilst helping new Mums feel more like themselves in the process! Get in touch to secure your space.
