Our classes are totally flexible, you don't have to commit to a course, but we do need you to pre-book � Our classes are available to purchase individually, or we offer bundles and memberships to reduce the

cost. Our studio is newly refurbished with premium equipment, great lighting, a 7m mirror wall and X-Pert Pro put-away poles. We have 5x Chrome poles and 1x Stainless steel pole for those with a nickel allergy. We have free onsite parking and toilet / changing facilities in the studio. Our instructors and studio are fully qualified.

NEW CLASSES / SCHEDULE CHANGES (based on your survey feedback)

new additions:

mondays @ 1pm (yep a daytime class) - mixed ability (B1/B2) (starting 20th July)

wednesdays @ 4.45pm - open pole

thursdays @ 6pm - intermediate 1

sundays @ 11.15am - mixed ability is now open to ALL beginner 2 students as well as intermediate 1+ (previously was for experienced B2)

EXCITING UPDATES FOR JULY ❤️‍🔥 based on the feedback from our survey (tyyyy) we’ve added some new classes!!!

new additions:

friday 17th @ 6pm - beginner low flow

sunday 19th @ 13.45pm - intro to pole

SATURDAY 25th - INTERMEDIATE INTENSIVE DAY with .pole

wednesday 29th - choreo with 🔥🌶️

all classes are live on Gymcatch go go go
