Basketball in the Community Our aim is to increase the provision and participation of basketball throughout Norwich and Norfolk.

We welcome and engage all players, regardless of age, ability, ethnicity, religion, or gender, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment. Basketball In the Community is an organisation founded by Dean Rosembert which aims to increase the provision and participation of youth and adult basketball in Norfolk. Basketball In the Community strives to provide inclusive basketball education for ch

ildren and adults. Below are details of when Basketball in the Community run sessions (Term time only)

Monday - The Hewett Academy, Eileen Ash Sports Hall, Norwich, NR4 6NF
17:30 - 18:30 age 6-11
18:30 - 19:30 age 12-16

Wednesday - The Hewett Academy, Eileen Ash Sports Hall, Norwich, NR4 6NF
17:15 - 18:15 age 6-14
18:15 - 19:15 age 15+

Thursday - The Hewett Academy, Eileen Ash Sports Hall, Norwich, NR4 6NF
18:00 - 19:00 age 12+ GIRLS ONLY

Tom will be stepping up to the Men’s team after coming through the Eagles youth programme, and is proof of our player development pathway 🦅 Tom brings a number of talents to our Eagles squad, including size, strength and an elite touch around the rim 🔥 We can’t wait to see what the big man can do this season 🏀

Norwich Eagles Men’s National League have confirmed the signing of guard Paul Skillen for the 2026/27 season 🔥

Skillz joins us as a member of our National League programme, while maintaining his eligibility to play for another team in the Norfolk Local League 💪 Skillz brings plenty of experience and shooting to our lineup for next season 🏀
