Looks like a great group of ladies are joining us, including youngsters, Mums, friends and family members, just what these sessions are designed for!

Following the success in previous years of our Women's Get Back Into and Beginner Hockey Sessions, Monday 11th May will see the start of the 2026 Programme.

With no experience or fitness levels necessary, equipment available to borrow and no cost, what's not to like!

The four sessions take place at our home pitches in the City on Hall Road and there are plenty of opportunities to continue to play if you get the hockey bug!

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and valued club member Sarah Wagstaff on Tuesday 21st October 2025.

Sarah has been part of our hockey family for nearly 40 years and has made a remarkable contribution to many aspects of the club. As a player, captain, coach, umpire, developing our juniors and enthusiastic supporter.

Her passion, kindness, and commitment have left a lasting mark on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sarah will be deeply missed by all at Dragons and the wider hockey community.

Our love and thoughts are with Rob and Ellie, her family and friends at this very sad time.

Funeral details will be shared once confirmed.

Just one week to go until we start the Women's Get Back Into sessions, the coaches are really looking forward to meeting those that have signed up and there’s still time to register for those thinking about it.

It’s a great way to experience something new or revisit a sport you used to play. It’s fun, safe, very welcoming and free!!

Whether you have a connection to the club already or you are brand new to hockey and want to try something new - everyone is welcome!

You won’t regret coming along!

This weeks fixtures…

Our Womens 6s kick off this week playing Yarmouth 1s at 10:00, followed by our Mens 3s against Colchester 3s at 11:00. Then stay on to watch our Womens 1s take on Norwich City 1s at 12:30 and our Mens 1s play Norwich City 3s at 14:00!!

Good luck to our EH Boys U14s at Finals Day this Sunday!!
