I’m not your typical “spiritual” yoga teacher.
You won’t find much chanting or mysticism in my classes — but you will find presence, mindfulness, and movement that challenges and strengthens you.

My style is dynamic and athletic, designed to build strong, stable joints, powerful muscles, and lasting flexibility. I love a flow that moves with intention — but don’t be surprised if you find yourself holding a pose a little longer than expected… or spotting me upside down on my hands.

It’s all about showing up, breathing deep, moving with purpose, and leaving your mat feeling stronger and more grounded.
