🎉 Less than one week to go!

We’re getting ready to launch our new and improved online booking system on Monday 21 September!

The new system will fully replace our existing booking system, providing a quicker and easier way to book activities and manage your account online.

⏰ Important reminders:
👉 Our current booking system will close at midday on Friday 18 September. You will then be unable to make any new bookings until the new system launches on Monday.
👉 Our centres will be cash only on the morning of 21 September whilst we complete the installation.

📢 A new and improved online booking system is coming!

On Monday 21 September, we’ll be launching a new online booking system that will fully replace our existing system. It has been designed to make joining our leisure centres, booking activities and managing your South Norfolk Leisure account quicker and easier.

Some of the key improvements will include:
✅ A modern, user-friendly online booking portal
✅ A new streamlined app featuring a digital membership card
✅ The ability to book all activities including all pool sessions at Wymondham and Diss
✅ New 'Alert Lists' for fully booked fitness classes replacing our existing waiting list system (full details can be found at the link below)

Although Swim School customers will notice fewer changes, they will benefit from a brand-new dedicated Swim School app, designed to improve their experience and make it easier to track swimming progress.

We’re currently writing to customers with more information about what the changes will mean for them, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Our current booking system will close at 12 noon on Friday 18 September, ahead of the new system launching on Monday 21 September.

Futsal Club has restarted with the new term, and what is it you ask? Futsal is a form of small-sided indoor football generally played with two teams of five and Pav funball Academy run sessions suitable for children aged 6 to 12 in our main hall every Monday from 5-6pm.
