Looking for a Reformer Class?
We’re a well established & reputable Pilates Studio in NR6, Norwich, with on site Parking.
Our Beginner classes are the perfect way to experience the Reformer and discover the benefits of Pilates in a supportive and community focused studio.
We guide you through these sessions and teach you how to use the reformer, building the foundations & confidence needed to progress into our improver and intermediate level classes.

As we welcome in the seasons changing it seems a good time to reintroduce myself!
I’m George owner of Bodywerx Studios. A complete movement enthusiast and lover of all things Pilates!
I teach Group Reformer and Mat Sessions, Private Sessions across multiple apparatus, Bootybarre and TRX classes.
I’m Comprehensively trained by the internationally recognised … and couldn’t imagine doing anything else in life and work!

Thank you to everyone that came to the Core Connection Reformer Workshop for Riders last night at Bodywerx Studios Norwich It was fabulous see a mix of new and familiar faces. ❤️🦄 I'm looking forward to working with more riders this afternoon for some mat based Pilates at Forest Edge Arena.

Having good body awareness in the saddle makes such a difference to your horse. By improving your own stability and suppleness your horse will find it much easier to move freely underneath you.
