Every Monday evening during term time I am running:
5.30-6.15pm HiiT fitness (A class for all over body training. Aimee to build muscular strength, stamina, muscular endurance, CV fitness & core strength & stability work)
6.30-7.30pm Yoga Core& Conditioning (for building plus helping build your strength and calm the mind. Through breath work, rest & relaxation. Focusing on muscle groups that often flare up or become stiff with age!! A good class for people who do a lot of sport too!)
