There have been days of sadness, days of excitement, and days of victory and joy. We must be prepared at all times and value every training session, good or bad. This is your opportunity to learn from a multiple Jiu-Jitsu World Champion. Jonas Andrade will delve into the concepts of the spider guard and submissions, sharing his vast knowledge with all attendees.

This seminar is open to all academies in the area and is free for all attendees regardless of experience level. Whether you’re a white belt or an experienced black belt, there’s something valuable for everyone, and at BMB, our top priority is seeing the BJJ community grow in Norwich and Norfolk.
