Attending this year as a student, rather than a teacher, was a beautiful and terrifying shift for me. Choosing to set work aside and simply enjoy the day was surprisingly hard, but deeply necessary.

Earlier this year, I felt an undeniable urge to slow down, rest, and truly practice what I teach.

Three years ago, I moved to Norwich and threw my entire heart into building a dream. That dream took shape, and I’m so grateful to say I hit most of the goals I set out to achieve. But to figure out where to head next, I needed to get calm, quiet, and tune in ✨✨✨to feel my next steps rather than force them.

Out entrepreneurship world is driven by hustle, constant promotion, and staying VISIBLE. Sooooo stepping back from teaching, speaking, or offering 1:1ss at the festival felt terrifying. Yet deep down, I knew it was the right choice.

I couldn’t resist capturing a little bit of the magic while I was there! I set out to find as many friends, colleagues, clients, and loved ones. I did this mostly for comfort becaue I needed my people! I wanted to make sure I SAW you and felt held in my community.

I hope this snapshot captures even a fraction of the love, energy, and excitement brings to our city. NYF, thank you for such a special day! We truly have an incredible community here.

Four years ago, I did something truly terrifying and deeply aligned…I taught, spoke, and offered 1:1s at for the very first time. 🧘‍♀️✨

Since that day, the festival has been the absolute highlight of my year. It’s been one of the biggest catalysts in my career…connecting me with soulful clients, lifelong friends, and a community that makes my heart sing.

But this year, I’ve done a truly terrifying and deeply aligned thing again. I chose to not offer my work at festivals for Summer 2026.

Earlier this year, deep in my body, I could feel a quiet, undeniable pull to practice what I teach. Deep in body I knew I needed to be a student and be IN MY COMMUNITY…rather than lead.

As entrepreneurs, we’re conditioned to hustle, stay visible, and constantly push forward. But, after four years of building my business in Norwich, I realized the most aligned move WASNT standing at the front of the room to lead. I needed to roll out my mat in the middle of it and be held as a student.

So this year, I’m proudly attending NYF as a participant. I’m showing up to learn, to rest, and to breathe alongside the incredible community that I love so much.
