With over 30 years of boxing experience, starting as a fighter from a young age, our coaching is built on knowledge, discipline, and passion. Boxing class Mondays and Wednesday 5.30pm untill 6.30pm, 6.45pm untill 7.45 or 8pm untill 9pm everyone welcome £6 per class or why not try private lesson and learn 1 to 1 or in a small groups
