It has been developed and organised by our Grand Master In Hyuk Suh and it is popular throughout the world and still continues to grow. During your Kuk Sool training you will learn the art of self-defence and martial arts. You will become part of two of the largest and longest running, friendly and successful local clubs in Wymondham and Dereham with recent successes both nationally and internatio

nally. Our initial objectives are to improve your health, fitness, self-discipline, confidence, co-ordination and for you to have fun. Instruction is given by highly qualified male and female Black Belt Instructors who are CRB police checked. Care is taken to ensure safety and progress of each student and progress is made at your own pace according to your ability.
