Over the years I’ve shared Choy Li Fut, Tai Chi, and Lohan training with many of you — in person, through seminars, or online via YouTube. I know that some of you have built classes and even schools influenced by these teachings.
I’m now building the Schools of the Federation page for the Lohan International Choy Li Fut Federation website. This page will celebrate and recognise schools worldwide connected to this heritage.
