As a long overdue introduction- this is a bit about me!
I am a personal trainer based at NR12 Fitness in Wroxham, Hoveton.
Since starting out in the gym at 16, I have made many mistakes (so you don’t have to!) and learnt many lessons over the past nearly 8 years!
I started training CrossFit at 17, and learnt to row at university at 19. With both sports shaping me into the trainer I am today.
I have a masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham, alongside multiple years of experience in strength and conditioning working with amateur and academy all the way to professional athletes and clubs.
My experience also extends to youth and older adult training- whatever your age or experience, if you want to get stronger and fitter, I can help!
I am also a committed athlete with experience rowing for England and other domestic races (with more to come!) , as well as delving back into CrossFit more recently.

- Strength training for sport
- General strength training
- Fitness goals/ Metcon style training
- Technique in specific weightlifting movements
