Our yoga weekend in Suffolk, at the lovely Ringsfield Hall Eco Centre in Beccles, is the perfect break for our fellow yogis. Do some yoga, read a book, sit in the sunshine, enjoy a glass of warm cider around the campfire and take some time to do what makes your soul happy!
