Good morning everyone!!

1 week today until the NEW classes begin in Reepham.

Current numbers.....

8-9am Mums only fitness class (£30 per month) - 2-3 interested

9.30-10.30am Childrens Self Defence Class (£25 per month) - 4-5

10.30-11.30am Adults Kickboxing Class (£30 per month) - 4-5

If you haven't done already please set up your DD / Standing Order for your class (please text me 07765 402145 for details)

I am also setting up 3 Whatsapp groups to keep everyone attending upto date, if you would like to be added please send me your number!

Please, please share details of the classes with your friends!

Good afternoon Guys!

I hope you are enjoying this fabulous weather we have today!

I just wanted to mention that both the Self Defence Class for Children and the Adults Kickboxing Class is due to begin 2 weeks today.

I require a minimum of 5 people in each class for them to go ahead if not I will cancel.

I currently have....

Self Defence Class - 2

Kickboxing - 0

So if you are signing your child/children up or yourself for kickboxing please, please confirm this by emailing me names of who is attending which class and to request payment details.

Also please, please let your friends know that the class/s are being advertised.

Again, if I haven't got the numbers the class/s will not be going ahead.

It’s just over 2 weeks now until the launch of 2 new classes starting in Reepham, Norfolk on Saturday 13th July.

Children’s self defence 9.30-10.30am

Kickboxing 10.30-11.30am

I just wanted to clarify payment when booking onto either class...

£25 per month via direct debit or standing order (children’s Self defence)

£30 per month via direct debit or standing order (Kickboxing Class)

You get a 10% family discount when booking 2+ spaces if attending every session

I am flexible if you can only attend every other week and your monthly cost would be £15 per month

Please email for bank details to set up direct debit / standing order.

Book your space now (again book two ore more and receive a family 10% discount) Cost - £30 per month

1-2-1 Sessions available from £25 per hr (we even come to you!)
