Flatout highlights 🏁✨ - Partnered with for our second Flatout race and came away with a huge PB and a podium finish 🥹🏆 - such a proud personal moment and a reminder to keep pushing and challenge myself even more.

But the real win was watching our EmpowHER girls show up and give everything they had.

We are SO proud of every single one of you. Stepping outside your comfort zones, pushing through the nerves, and proving to yourselves just how strong and capable you are!

This is exactly why we created , to lead by example and show women what’s possible, both physically and mentally. And this weekend, you all did just that 🤍

The energy, the support, the encouragement…a whole community of women lifting each other up - this is what it’s all about.

So proud of us today 🫶🏼

Finished with a time of 53:02 and 15th overall in women’s doubles! 💪🏼

It’s so important to take a step back and appreciate how far we’ve come. I’m super competitive with myself and went into this with a 50:00 target in mind. We won’t mention the bike situation, we would have had that in the bag. So while I’m a feeling a little frustrated, I remind myself that this time last year, I was barely a regular runner and my fitness wasn’t anywhere near where it is now.

I’ve always been a strength girlie, and I still am, but over the past two years it’s been amazing to push my cardio fitness and push new running paces. This time last year these runs would not have felt as smooth and fast as they did today and that’s something I’m really proud of.

Always striving to be better and do better. I know I can be too hard on myself sometimes, so I’m finishing today with a sense of achievement and gratitude, grateful we showed up, gave it our all, and had so much fun doing it.

Of course, couldn’t have asked for a better partner in crime, can’t wait for the next one! Let’s get the decline bike next time 👀😂
