The next Full Moon lunation is incoming on June 30th and is called the Strawberry Full Moon, so named after tge ripeningcwild strawberries at this time of year.

The Strawberry Moon symbolises abundance, appreciation, and savouring the present moment. It marks a point where effort meets reward, where what has been nurtured begins to offer something tangible in return.

Symbolically, the Strawberry Moon is associated with enjoying the fruits of your efforts, gratitude for what is already here, emotional fulfilment and warmth, recognising moments of sweetness.

It reminds us that not everything needs to be rushed forward. Some things are meant to be enjoyed exactly as they are.

Observing and living by the cycles of the Moon supports us in being connected to ourselves and nature of which we are all a part. When we live in harmony with the cycles of the Moon and work with Her energies, we can open ourselves to growth, release and renewal.

You will have the opportunity to truly relax and be immersed in the soothing and therapeutic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tuned Pipes, Voice, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Wind Gong, Percussive Instruments and energies of the Full Moon.

These instruments are played in a way that you experience a 'wash' of healing sounds with notable resonance and overtones which can induce an incredibly relaxing and meditative experience.

Once in a Blue Moon 🌕

Blue Moons happen when there are two Full Moons in a calendar month...quiteva rare occuramce and where we get the phrase from. The next Full Moon falls on May 29th and Full Moon Soundbaths are back then 🙌

The upcoming Blue Moon may stir feelings of wanderlust, restlessness or the urge to break routine and try something new.
