COASTAL WALK - YOGA (SEA DIP OPTIONAL) - PICNIC BREAKFAST

The first Slow Sunday Session sold out within 48 hours, so I’m super excited to bring you the second one! Join me for another slow Sunday morning of coastal air, gentle movement and good food.

We’ll meet on Cromer promenade and take a gentle 2 mile stroll along the coastal path towards Cromer Lighthouse, weaving through shrubland and along the cliff tops. Spend this time chatting to others, or simply taking in your surroundings. We’ll then head down to a quiet spot on the beach for our yoga practice, with sandy toes, sea views and a gentle session to ease into the morning- with an optional sea dip afterwards.

Then we’ll head back to the promenade, grab a coffee or tea from North Sea Coffee Shop and settle down on the beach for a delicious picnic breakfast, prepared by The Little Pie Patisserie — think breakfast pot, fresh fruit, pastries and savoury treats.

A few simple hours of catching the morning light, gentle movement, good food and good company.

Our first Slow Sunday Session is fast approaching… just two more weeks and we’ll be joining together with sand between our toes and the best views in Norfolk for our morning yoga practice. Coffee and pastries, connection, sauna and sea, and good vibes all round to follow!

This first session is fully booked but the date for Septembers session is nearly ready- so keep an eye on your inbox and if you’re not part of my mailing list already, and would like to receive 24hours priority booking for events such as these, just ping me your email!

Welcome to Slow Sunday Sessions…
A new monthly offering that does exactly what it says on the tin. These small, relaxed gatherings are all about slowing down, enjoying the simple things and connecting with like-minded people.

Each session will be a little different, with a mix of coastal walks, SUP & surf adventures (rental only), sea swims, yoga, coffee catch-ups, sauna experiences, and more. A chance to spend your Sundays breathing deeply and filling your cup before the week ahead.

Join me for a thoughtfully curated morning at the coast. Beginning with a beach yoga session with sandy toes and sea views. From there, we’ll wander into town to Tide & Earth for exceptional coffee and fresh pastries before settling into the Sea Sauna for a revitalising hot and cold therapy experience- moving between the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing open ocean.

Spaciously organised over four unhurried hours, this is your invitation to slow down, connect, and take time for yourself.

Limited to only 7 guests, you’ll enjoy a relaxed small-group experience (and so we all fit in the sauna!)

I simply cannot wait until this weekend that’s on the very near horizon! Such a wonderful collective of teachers and practitioners under one ‘roof’ - I’ll be teaching in the Flow Zone on Sunday at 4pm to close the show! Think nervous system reset, intuitive breath work, mindful movement and a guided relaxation… the perfect way to end a perfect weekend!
