In my six years of 1:1 life coaching I have observed a common limiting belief among many: the feeling of being “not enough” and/or “too much.”
This belief can weigh heavily on self-esteem and self-worth, often taking control of thoughts, behaviors and actions. It creates ripples that affect every aspect of life, making it challenging to embrace one’s true self.
