I’ve opened a small number of online coaching spaces for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported — especially if you’re starting out, getting back into fitness, or want a plan that feels doable at your pace.
You don’t need to be fit already.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
We start exactly where you are.

• Weekly or fortnightly check‑ins
• Food diary review
• Plan updates every 3–4 weeks
