WOW, just wow last night was the most perfect evening. I can’t thank you all enough for coming to join us. To be by the ocean, with the sun beaming down practicing Pilates & the heat of the sauna was just delightful. 🌞🌞🌞🌞

I have opened up some drop ins to the Pilates class & sea swim for my sessions on Fridays and Sundays. 🩵
