An incredible 377 sessions booked by our Strong Mums Co ladies in May.

That’s 377 times a mum made time for herself amongst the school runs, work, family life and everything else that comes with being a parent.

Strong Mums Co has become so much more than just a workout. It’s a place to build strength, confidence, friendships and support from people who understand exactly what this stage of life looks like.

A huge shout out to our coaches who make it all happen every week. From running great sessions to helping manage the organised chaos that comes with mums, babies, buggies and everything in between, they create an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Well done to every mum who came through the doors in May. You’re doing an amazing job. ❤️

Being a mum can feel like constant noise, screaming, crying, “have I done this right?” “did I remember this?” 📣

While our gym can be noisy…😂 you find a moment of peace once you’ve left knowing you did something for you!

Strong mums co isn’t just about being strong and fit…it’s an outlet, a space to move, think clearly and release stress☺️

You don’t just leave feeling stronger physically, you leave more present, more focused and more YOU for your little one/s and ready to accomplish the day💪🏼

Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it allows you to show up better! 🧡

It’s okay to take a break from fitness during pregnancy and it’s totally okay to come back when you & your body feel ready! 🌱

The last thing you need with a changing body and a little one is pressure from yourself or anyone else, but what you will need is a safe and supportive space when the time is right 🫂

We really do help you push yourself too! This strong mama is hoping to compete in Hyrox by the end of the year! 🤯🤩

We love providing that space for you to come back to training without the guesswork or expense of childcare, because you mums deserve it!
