I’ve been working with Leigh now on and off (between operations) for 9/10 months and together we have produced some amazing progress!!
This is Leigh SMASHING a 146kg back squat!!! (+20kg PB)

Leigh would like to share an anecdote of his injuries.

In 2018, Leigh was travelling to work one early morning in February on his motorbike and an unforeseen circumstance changed his life, forever.

He was knocked off his bike and sustained multiple life changing injuries. He had broken his right arm in 3 places and his left wrist and damage to his ankle. Upon impact, nerves were severed from his neck which caused paralysis to his right side.

Four years on he's making a remarkable recovery and a story to share and hopefully an uplifting story to tell.

If you see Leigh don't be afraid to chat with him, he's an awesome guy. He’s determined to better himself in every way even in the face of adversity and is a pleasure to work with.
