🥳Our new timetable in the SJC Virtual Studio starts this week!!🤩

💪🏻Lift Lean is a strength based class, and will vary week to week in intervals and equipment used.

🩰Barre Fitness is a ballet inspired class to improve posture and core strength, no dance experience necessary!

🧘‍♀️Mediation sessions will involve a guided mindfulness and relaxation to help reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.

🌟Fitness Pilates will be a full 50 minute class-a modern and contemporary approach to Pilates for a full workout suitable for all fitness levels.

You can drop in to individual classes any and pay as you go, you don’t even need to do them live, catch up whenever you want!
