Hello everybody.
Hope you are all well.
Well this isn’t how it was supposed to all end.
This post should have been put together for a while now, but the truth is....
I couldn’t bring myself to sit down and put it in writing, and yes it is as difficult as I thought it would be.
If it wasn’t bad enough Baby Jacks finishing Xmas, simply because it was just too physically demanding, now Jumping Jacks is no more.
I was all set to go, classes ready, busy as ever, getting really excited to see you all, then extra Covid guidelines were introduced.
I’ll never forget reading them.
No more ‘stretch up tall’, no more ‘whoops’, no more ‘wider wider’,
no more shhhhh, no more rocking, no more shouting ‘Work Out’, no more stamps, no more having......the best of times with all of your little ones.
The joy of watching your little ones progress so fast while having the best time is something I’ll never forget.
I have fantastic memories, and I have met thousands of you lovely people.
A huge thankyou to you all for not only bringing your little ones to my classes but also for your ongoing support and recommendations. I will miss you all.
Thankyou to every one in Thorpe End Village Hall, Rackheath Village and Blofield, Margeret Hall for all the work you do to keep these halls going.

Finally......my lovely family...... I couldn’t have done it without you........I really couldn’t have.....the website, setting up the email address, continuous maintenance, replying to messages while I was away, not to mention the last minute calls to ’could you please stop what you are doing and bring it across now’ calls......A massive Thankyou.
To all who have attended Jumping Jacks.....I will not say goodbye......see you out and about......oh and keep jumping!!!!!!

🍾🎊🎂 HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY DAWN 🍾🎊🎂

It’s hard to believe but Dawn Goulder is 60 years old!
We(her family) are so proud that she has single-handedly kept Jumping Jacks and Baby Jacks successfully going for so many years!
She puts so much effort into what she does and for those who have been to her classes will know she has the spirit and energy of a teenager!
She loves seeing all of the children and babies develop and watching their confidence grow, and she always gets emotional when those who have been with her for a long time, grow up and have to go to school.
She won’t admit it herself but she is a special lady and we hope you have the best day x

(Sadly I don’t have any pics of her from JJ’s on my phone, so if any of you have any, and you’re happy to, please share them and wish her a happy birthday) 🎉🎊🎂

Hi Everybody.
Another request for you all to please ‘share’. Really grateful to those of you who have before.X

Sending a great big thankyou to both parents and little ones for starting the year with so much energy and enthusiasm in both the Baby Jacks and Jumping Jacks classes.
How in earth did we get to April so quickly?
We’ve had lots of new friends join us and thanks to parents and little ones who carried on from last year (and many of you the year before that) showing them the way, they have settled into the classes really quickly.
All parents have been particularly encouraging in general this year which has led to lots of progress very quickly.
Never have I had so many private messages from parents saying they didn’t realise what their little ones were capable of at such a young age. Thankyou for that, it really does mean a lot. Many of you too have changed your work days round just so your little ones can continue. Thankyou for that too.
Our children love challenges at a very young age. It’s such a joy to see parents amazed and yes, emotional watching their little ones confidence and ability progress so fast. I love how that, in turn, then encourages them to want to take on bigger and more exciting challenges.
After 26 years I still enjoy running these classes as much as ever and that’s down to you all. Thankyou x

Hi all.
Hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather.
It feels a little weird saying that in February. Just hope we don’t pay for it in the ‘Summer months.’
I would just like to say ‘hi’ to those of you who have left and gone on to school. I hope you are having a fantastic time and that your days at Jumping Jacks have given you a good start in your P.E classes

For those of you who have little ones from 14 months or walking to school age I have spaces in the
Rackheath Village Hall classes on
Wednesday mornings 9.30, 10.30, 11.30 and
Thursday afternoons 1.00 and 2.00.
If you live in Sprowston, Thorpe St. Andrew, Wroxham and surrounding areas we are very local to you.
Even if you are in the Thorpe Marriott, Drayton, Taverham direction, thanks to the NDR we are not away.
I have been running these classes for over 26 years and we are still having a lot of fun.
Great if you would like to introduce your little ones to gymnastics at a young age. It’s not all about that. We aim to make exercise so much fun that hopefully they will continue to enjoy being active, and taking part in any sport into adulthood.
We also aim to help shy children become more confident so that when they join nursery and school they are able to enjoy themselves so much more.
Parents, grandparents and carers seem to have has much fun as their little ones, watching them achieve lots of fun challenges that we put in place.
That’s why I still enjoy it as much as I always have.

Jumping Jacks is from 14 months or walking to school age. Classes cost £5.20 payable half termly.
Newcomers are welcome to pay at the end of the first session, £5.20 if you don’t wish to return, (thankfully that rarely happens), or for the rest of the half term if you choose to join.
There are no joining fees.
Anyone wishing to join us please call to book in.

Hi everybody.
I hope you all had a fantastic Xmas.
Thankyou all for contributing to what was a very exciting 2018, what with Jumping Jacks’ 25 year anniversary, the beast from the East (it was lovely to see some of you on the slopes) and then the fantastic Summer. Seems we are not going to let the weather stop our little ones being active.
Here we go again.
Starting from 8th January we will be back for more climbing, Jumping, balancing, wiggling, jiggling, rolling and many more exciting fun moves.
For anyone who has not joined us before, I am a qualified gymnastic coach and we introduce exercise to your little ones in the hope they will continue to enjoy being active into adulthood. As I have always said, Idon’t know who enjoys the classes more, me, the parents /carers, grandparents or the little ones.

I hope you are all having a great week. Last half term seemed to go so quickly. We had a fantastic time didn’t we. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did.
Thankyou to little ones, mums, dads and carers for making it such a fun one. How quickly our new friends settled in. Yet again so rewarding to see confidence grow in such a short time.
Thankyou all for joining us.
Really looking forward to the coming half term.....it is a long one, 8 weeks, so lots of fun to be had jumping, stretching, balancing, climbing and rolling.
Father Xmas will be visiting us on the eighth week....how exciting is that? I hardly dare say it.....the presents are wrapped and ready to be delivered😇 Lol.
Enjoy the rest of the half term and look forward to seeing you all next week.
