Good morning beautiful people! Since the official lockdown lunch of Outdoor Jim's Outdoor Gym in early April I've been lucky enough to work with 52 separate Clients from all walks of life with amazing results and help them all to reach their goals.

Unfortunately how ever outdoor training is seasonal and it is now approaching time for me pack down, evolve and recalibrate for the next season. Over the winter months will be offering homework plans and zoom sessions as well as hopefully ascertaining a decent indoor training space.

All current clients are of course welcome to continue with theirs session however no new client bookings will be available until January 2nd 2021.

To quote the great Wim Hof,

"Be strong and be happy because the rest is bu****it" 💪❤️✌️

I'm so proud of what Has managed to achieve in just 28 days! 🙏. Her goals were reduced waist size, increased glutes size and general weight loss and tonning. As you can see she has smashed it! 💯. Working with Ana we had a few obstacles which included lack of access to any fitness equipment, zero fitness experience and joint injury of the ankle. However we were able to work around these problems and design a personalised plan with facetime support which included only bodyweight exercises and minimal impact damage to the joints. I'm always proud of my clients but I've got to say Ana really smashed it! 💪 As well as reaching her physique goals she has also increased her health, confidence and motivation. At just month in its inspiring to see someone make such a positive change. 👌Her fitness journey is just beginning and I can't wait to see where it takes her and provide guidance and support along the way. 🙏😁
